Yeah. That’s the feeling we’re bringing to Rochester.

We’re not just a restaurant; we’re a delicious relocation project. For years, the vibrant, soul-warming taste of NYC Caribbean food was a road trip away. The perfect jerk chicken, smoky and spicy off the grill. Curry goat that melts off the bone. Flaky, golden beef patties that are a meal in your hand. The kind of food that fuels dreams and fills you with joy.

We asked ourselves: Why should Rochester have to wait?

So, we packed up the essential ingredients: our family recipes, the rhythms of soca and dancehall, the bold flavors of jerk, curry, and coconut, and that big, welcoming "Ya, mon!" energy. We loaded up the truck and headed north, on a mission to plant our flag (and our fry pot) right here.

This is more than food. It’s a vibe. It’s the crackle of the grill, the steam rising from a pot of rice and peas, the sweet kick of a homemade sorrel. It’s a celebration on a plate.
